Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select the dynamic web project wizard from JBoss Central
i. In the Project name text field add a name
ii. The target runtime was set to 'JBoss EAP 6.0 Runtime'
iii. For configuration, click modify and select 'JBoss Web Services Core' then ok
iv. Click through Next to the JBossWS Facet 3.0 page, select 'Server Supplied JBossWS Runtime'
v. Click Finish

2. Right-click on project name in Project Explorer pane, then select properties

3. Click on 'JBossWS Tools' to see the properties info, where the default text in the text box reads "Please the specify project target runtime."

JBossWS Runtime properties page of a project has a text box with the default text "Please the specify project target runtime." (see attached image)

This should read "Please specify the project target runtime."
