Update Android Tools in JBT/JBDS Central to version 21.0.0

A newer version of ADT is available: http://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/eclipse-adt.html and I suppose we want to be up-to-date when releasing JBDS 6.
Current version in JBoss Central:

Android Development Tools	20.0.3.v201208082019-427395	com.android.ide.eclipse.adt.feature.group	The Android Open Source Project

After updating Android SDK to the latest revision via SDK manager available in JBDS:

• Preferences of sdk saying:

  This Android SDK requires Android Developer Toolkit version 21.0.0 or above.  Current version is 20.0.3.v201208082019-427395.  Please update ADT to the latest version.
  

• The SDK manager suggested to use 'Check for updates...' to update the ADT but it did not find any available updates.

• I needed to manually add update site

  http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ 

  to update ADT and have it working
