JAX-RS builder and validator called twice when a changed file is saved

When saving a JAX-RS resource after some changes, the JAX-RS Metamodel builder is called, followed by the JAX-RS validator which validates the changed file, THEN, the JAX-RS builder is called again, as well as the JAX-RS validator
