Server runtime libraries are not added into classpath of the project

When I tried several project/components requiring server runtime libraries, none of them can be resolved. Then I found out, that there are no libraries located in Project Explorer under Libraries -> JBoss 7.1 Runtime.

I tried EAP 6.0, AS 7.1.1, AS 7.1.0, AS 7.0.0, AS 6.0 with same result, so it doesn't seem to be runtime-specific issue.
