Need refresh button for "existing application" since user can have used commandline or webui to create app

A bug existed whereby any application created or deleted from OpenShift outside of the provided tooling was not correctly listed in the OpenShift Application wizard. This would result in users attempting to create applications with a name already in use and attempting to select applications no longer on the server. To correct this issue the DomanResource.java file has been updated with the addition of a refresh button for the listing of existing applications. If a user believes the provided list of applications on the server may be incorrect they are now able to perform a refresh to ensure the tooling is using the latest information.

      1. EXEC: launch OpenShift Application wizard
      2. EXEC: in the application configuration page: check use existing and hit Browse... to select an existing application
      3. EXEC: go to webui and create a new app / delete an existing one
      4. EXEC: hit Browse... again and see if the list now contains the change (added/removed app).

      Result:
The new application does not show up, the removed one is still visible.

Workaround is to stop the wizard and refresh openshift.

There need to be a proper refresh for existing applications!
