      1. Set up a remote as7/eap6 server and check "Expose your management port as the server's hostname"
      2. Open the server editor and enter something incorrect as user name and password
      3. Save the server editor and start the server
      4. When prompted for the correct password, leave the incorrect one and hit OK
      5. Server will keep Starting until timeout is reached - FAIL

      6. Stop server, open server editor, change startup poller to Web Port
      7. Save server editor, start the server
      8. Server will become started, right-click on server -> Show in -> MBean Explorer
      9. Loading... and eventually eclipse will crash - FAIL

When an incorrect username or password was entered for a remote application server and the management port was exposed the application server would continue to start until the timeout limit was reached. When the startup poller was also set to Web Port, the server would be shown as started and when access was attempted through the MBean Explorer the tooling would crash. These errors have been corrected by requesting the password again if there is an authentication failure and disabling the MBean Explorer unless there was a successful MBean connection.

When you start a remote AS7/EAP6 with the management port exposed and enter the user&passwd incorrectly, the server will keep starting until the timeout is reached. It would be nice if we could show an error right away.
Also when the management port is exposed, but startup poller is set to Web Port, it is even worse - server will start and will be shown as started. But when you try to access the server in MBean Explorer, it will use 100 % of CPU and eventually eclipse will crash.
