Port forwarding menu item should be disabled if more than one application is selected

      When you select more than one application in openshift explorer, the Port forwarding menu option is enabled. Clicking the menu item invokes port forwarding dialog for just one application. Therefore the menu item should be disabled if more than one application is selected.
