Remote AS7 is broken - -Djboss.bind.address.management=null is set by default

      1. Open the server in server editor (i.e. double click the server in server view)
      2. In the server editor, click Open launch configuration
      3. Uncheck "Automatically Calculate"
      4. Remove -Djboss.bind.address.management=null from the command

    Description

      When you setup a remote AS7 server (tried both 7.0.2 and 7.1.1) it will use -Djboss.bind.address.management=null in the launch command by default - this will break the start.
