OpenShift Explorer: *Delete Domain* is enabled and choosable even if the user has no domain

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have a user without a domain (eventually simply kill your domain if you have one).
      2. EXEC: in the OpenShift Explorer: choose Delete Domain in the context menu

      Result:
      You can choose it, but nothing happens (which is correct, since there's no domain)

      Expected result:
      Delete Domain is disabled, you cannot select it.
