ASSERT: you do not have any openshift apps named "test"
EXECUTE: create a java project named "test"
EXECUTE: start openshift wizard, type in new application "test"
ASSERT: you can press next and select existing app
Currently it complains about project named "test" which shouldn't prevent creation of the app since I can choose to use the existing project named "test" to merge with or even if the project being checked out has a different name.
Shouldn't it just be a warning ?
