When doing Run As > Run on Server on an EAR project, the browser takes ages to open

      • create a new EAR project
      • add a Web module
      • right-click on the EAR, Run As > Run on server
      • select an AS7 instance
      • ASSERT the browser opens once the AS7 console displays "Deployed <earname>.ear"
      • FAILS the browser opens after a ~15sec latency

      When doing Run As > Run on Server on an EAR project, the browser takes approximately 15 seconds to open, despite the ear and webapp being deployed almost instantly. That's a problem we had with standalone Web projects a few months ago.
