If an operation on OpenShift takes too much time, the Eclipse UI remains blocked, and the Job cannot be canceled.
We must make the jobs cancelable, even if there are side effects (ie, not sure in which state the domain / application will be).
As a complement, we should provide a 'refresh' button to let the user manually refresh the OpenShift Express Console view after a few seconds (or minutes).
