Null argument: trying to restart openshift app

      Null: argument error dialog is shown when trying to 'Restart' an OpenShift application.

      I don't know what is it supposed to do, when i click 'Restart' the application. The 'Stop' and 'Explore' menu item does nothing (for me) - no dialog is shown and nothing happens.
