cd should behave similarly as pick-up:

• if the (virtual) resource that is cd'ed into is (in) a file, this file should open in an appropriate editor
• if the (virtual) resource is in the workspace it should be selected in the project explorer / package explorer / navigator
• if it is not in the workspace it should be selected in the remote system explorer
