EAP 6 has no declared default java facet, uses 1.7 when inappropriate

      Create a new Dynamic Web Project. Use an EAP 6.0 runtime. Click on pre-set button to customize facets, check the selected value for the java facet.
      Pre-patch, result is Java 1.7
      Post-patch, result should be Java 1.6
