Materialize Library : better guess the materialization output folder

When materializing Web projects, the default lib directory should be the WEB-INF/lib folder of the web resource directory.
Since we don't want to add a hard dependency on WTP plugins, a simple solution is to check for the presence of common default folders such as WebContent or src/main/webapp. That should cover 95% of our use cases.
