Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

ASSERT: you have an application in the cloud
EXECUTE: delete application from within JBT OpenShift Tooling and see that the application is removed from "Available Applications" list
EXECUTE: create new application.
See that the removed application is on the list again, but it was sucessfully removed from the cloud!
