      Description

      The deprecated EsbListenerController code provides MBeans to support SAR deployment. The new ListenerManager replacement code also needs to support this either by evolving the existing MBeans, or starting from scratch with new ones.

          There is a race condition in DefaultListenerManager, exacerbated by my changes, which can cause the wait method to return before the listeners have been configured properly.
