Upgrade parent pom.xml to jboss-parent 26

need to upgrade to jboss-parent version 26, from the current version 22, in order to take advantage of more recent tooling and dependencies, especially for JDK 9 support.

The current WildFly project also has jboss-parent version 26 as the parent pom.
