Stop remote partition execution in a remote node

    Description

      should be able to stop the partition execution at a remote node.

      When the batch client issues a stop request, the master node should propagate that stop request to all remote nodes running partitions for that job execution. And each remote node should be able to honor the stop request and stop the partition execution gracefully.
