Add dropdown to navigation tab to provide criteria for the tab list operation

Currently the navigation tab (Jobs, JobInstances, JobExecutions) list all available data. We can add a dropdown the the navtab to allow users more control what subset of these data to retrieve and display. This can reduce the amount of data over the network and make it more responsive.

For example, for Job Instance, users can choose

• Show All
• Recent 25
• By Job Name______
