(7.0.z) XNIO-268 - QueuedNioTcpServer always returns "-1" for "ConnectionCount" attribute in MBean

      Description

      "ConnectionCount" attribute in MBean named org.xnio:type=Xnio,provider="nio",worker="default",address="xxxx" tells the number of active TCP connections.
      NioTcpServer returns correct count but QueuedNioTcpServer always returns "-1". Please implement QueuedNioTcpServer to gather similar statistics.
