Datasources subsystem - minor documentation enhancement in scheme file

In the schema file docs/schema/wildfly-datasources_4_0.xsd there is a wrong word order in the fair element documentation in the complex type poolType.
"Defines if pool should use be fair" -> "Defines if pool use should be fair".
