Centralized Password Vault Management for domain mode

Currently we have no way of managing the password vault across a domain. This requires configuration on each host member of your domain with a java keystore with all of the credentials for all datasources.

This becomes a problem to maintain if we have multiple servers across a cluster. We'd have to copy vault files and then update each of them when passwords change

It would be very beneficial to large customers if we had a centralized vault management solution..
