Clustered message grouping cannot be configured on node which is member of mulitple clusters

One node can define only one grouping-handler. This is a limitation, if the node is member of multiple Artemis clusters and at least two of them use clustered message grouping.

Low priority because configuring of multiple cluster connections is unsupported.
