Remove the exclamation mark from "No Items!"

In configuration tab when opening a configuration option where the table of already configured items is empty (for example by default in Logging subsystem -> Handler -> Periodic size), the table contain this sentence: No Items!
I would suggest to remove the exclamation mark as it looks unprofessional and suggests that it is not a correct configuration.
