Swap chapter 8.2.7. Named Beans with 8.2.6. Bean Lifecycle

Issue desc.: Chapter 8.2.6 already uses a @Named annotation to explain bean lifecycle. It is a really good and easy to grasp example, however @Named is only explained afterwards in chapter 8.2.7.

Suggestion: Swap the chapters. It won't hurt to first explain the annotation and then use it to explain lifecycles.
