Development guide for Web Services mentions Java EE6 instead of EE7

The client communicates with, and requests work from, the JAX-WS endpoint, which is deployed in the Java Enterprise Edition 6 container.

EAP 7 is EE7-compliant container so we can:

1. remove the hardcoded version of EE and/or alter the sentence to avoid it
2. update the version to EE7
