      Description

      When adding the system property "org.wildfly.security.manager.log-only=true" to EAP 7 and adding a DEBUG logging category for "org.wildfly.security.manager" secrurity manager violations should not be enforced and only logged.

      Need to backport ELY-403 to EAP 7, specifically this commit.
