Dev guide - Websockets - also Java API can be used by clients

In development guide (revision 8001643) in Chapter 14. Creating WebSocket Applications, in the first paragraph, there is noted WebSocket is available for use in web applications using a JavaScript API.. Which is correct, still it is only partial statement as there can be also used Java API by creating and using client websocket endpoints.
