[ALL_LANG][Installer] Page title 'Installation Overview' is unloclaized in Installation Overview page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install/Run latest ER7/CR2 installer build in support locales.
2. Next to Installation Overview page.
Actual results:
[ALL_LANG][Installer] Page title 'Installation Overview' is unloclaized in Installation Overview page.
Expected results:
It should be localized
