Maven guide: Remove reference to jboss-bom project in github

"The JBoss EAP BOMs are located in the jboss-bom project at https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-boms."

The github project contains upstream BOMs. Productized BOMs are located in EAP Maven repository.
Either remove the sentence or correct it. However, when correcting it, please note that the rest of the BOMS in 2.3.3. Manage Project Dependencies are located in EAP Maven repository, too. This means that the sentence would not make much sense at the end of the section, place it rather somewhere else.
