JAX-RS application servlet configuration

I think part of the "Development guide for Webservices" in the resteasy part, should be chapter describing servlet configuration for JAX-RS application.
The content could be taken from JAX-RS-2.0 specification [1] chapters:
2.1 Configuration
2.3.2 Servlet

Resteasy implements the configuration described in the specification.

Also link for this newly created chapter, should be provided in the chapter "RESTEasy Configuration Parameters"
