Migration Guide: in addition to CMP, BMP was removed too (i.e., entity beans no longer supported at all)

Per JBEAP-3332, BMP (bean managed persistence) entity beans were removed too. This means that EAP 7 no longer supports entity beans at all (not only CMP entity beans).

Luckily, there was no such thing as a separate subsystem for BMP entity beans, so the only thing in the Migration Guide that requires changes is chapter 4.7. Migrate CMP Entity Beans to JPA. The changes should be mostly generalizations from "CMP entity beans" to just "entity beans". And since JPA is the suggested replacement for both BMP and CMP entity beans, the changes shouldn't be very big.
