Unexpected cxf-rt-ws-security-3.1.4.redhat-1-jandex.jar in cxf impl module

There is cxf-rt-ws-security-3.1.4.redhat-1-jandex.jar for cxf-rt-ws-security-3.1.4.redhat-1.jar in cxf/impl module

As discussed with fnasser, RPM packaging requires that jandex files aren't in separate -jandex.jar files.

There used to be two jandex files for cxf-rt-ws-security-3.1.4.redhat-1.jar and cxf-ws-security-3.1.4.redhat-1.jar.
Since https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WFCORE-493, https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-3971, jandexes are not needed anymore, so please remove it from productization build.
