      Development guide for Web Services, Revision 7632853

      There mixed up chapters about RESTEasy and JAX-WS Webservices.
      These should be grouped into corresponding main subchapters JAX-RS Web Services and JAX-WS Web Services just like they are in 6.4 development guide

      Please note, there are also other issues with this guide that can intefer with chapters hierarchy, so sync up with them too: JBEAP-2580, JBEAP-780
