Scoped EJB client contexts are still supported

The section 4.9.2. Scoped EJB Client Contexts in Migration guide is incorrect. Scoped EJB client contexts are still there. This is planned to be reworked in EAP 7.1, but in 7.0, they work exactly the same as in EAP 6.x. So I think the section 4.9.2 should be removed.
