    Description

      As a consequence of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEAP-17796 hence the upcoming Jakarta EE 8 compatibility in EAP 7.3; we need to mention the SAAJ version change in the release notes in EAP 7.2.next
      We also need to add a note in https://access.redhat.com/articles/112673 explaining that SAAJ 1.3 is deprecated, despite being part of the EAP distribution.
      Saaj 1.4 may break user created soap handler. If this happens, saaj 1.3 can be enabled by setting system property " jboss.saaj.api.version=1.3" .
