CD18 Release Notes possibly contains New Features from older releases

As far as I know CD18 Release Notes should contain only features that are new to the server since CD17 release.

We noticed that CD18 Release Notes book (in New Features section) describes old features from CD17 (and possibly older CD releases).

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I had to fill this ticket in order to document the inconsistency.
