Log snippet from deployed application to Openshift contains reference to EAP 7.2

There are bad EAP version in log snippet in chapter [1] - see Example: eap73-tx-recovery-s2i application template (JDK 8) and Example: eap73-openjdk11-tx-recovery-s2i application template (JDK 11)

There are used JBoss EAP 7.0 and JBoss EAP 7.0 and it should be JBoss EAP 7.3
