Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure a 3-node cluster with ASYM_ENCRYPT and change_key_on_leave enabled.
2. Start the nodes and wait until everything is clustered.
3. Shutdown one of the nodes.
4. You should see the warning in server logs.

We started seeing the following warning in all clustering tests using ASYM encryption with the EAP 7.2.2 image

WARN  [org.jgroups.protocols.ASYM_ENCRYPT] (thread-3,null,null) hsc-1-wbs2r: unrecognized cipher; discarding message from hsc-1-9wnsd

This is not cloud specific and can be also reproduced locally - see steps to reproduce.

JGRP-2353 Enabling ASYM_ENCRYPT#change_key_on_leave logs "unrecognized cipher; discarding message from X" during normal operation
