Replace SmallRye dependencies in eap-runtime-artifacts bom with Eclipse MicroProfile ones

    Description

      With regards to uncertain backwards compatibility guarantees between minor releases of SmallRye projects, we should replace io.smallrye dependencies in eap-runtime-artifacts BOM with the specification org.eclipse.microprofile ones.

      In my opinion, this should be resolved for 7.3.0.Beta so we can see if there's any user issues arising from this change.
