    Description

      A regression of JBEAP-15884 , CD16 quickstarts at http://download.eng.brq.redhat.com/released/jboss/eap-cd/16 do not have the product maven repos, which were present on the dev tag, and that fails the build due to Maven not able to download productised jboss-parent.
