Release note for hibernate jdk requirement

The following section [1] looks like Hibernate 5.3 requires only Java 8.
But actually it does require at least Java 8. So 5.3 works on Java 11.

  "JBoss EAP 7.2 now includes Hibernate ORM 5.3. Hibernate ORM 5.3 includes changes that were made for Hibernate ORM 5.2, which was built using the Java 8 JDK and required the Java 8 JRE at runtime."
