[fr_FR] [Management Console] Garbled characters in fr_FR locale.

Reported by croe during the l10n QA test in EAP 7.2.

  'Déconnexion' (logout) should be 'Déconnexion" - likewise, I can can see on that page Déployer, which should be 'Déployer'. Looks like the letter 'é' is not localised properly throughout. Same things with letter 'ô'

Please pull the updated version from Zanata and rebuild the package.
