[GSS](7.1.z) Management model does not show all bound ports

    Description

      When using port offset, some of the offsetted ports are not shown in the Management Model (Management Web Console).

      Steps to reproduce:
      1). Configure a JBoss EAP 7.1.3 instance to use port offset.
      2). Access the Management Web Console.
      3). Access Management Model (Tools --> Management Model)
      4). View ports via socket-binding-group.
      5). Notice that the offset is not applied to all ports (i.e., jgroups-tcp, txn-recovery-environment, txn-status-manager, etc)
