    Description

      A copy of WFLY-10784 which came too late for WFLY 14.

      This issue is a regression against WFLY 11/EAP 7.1.

      In short - Weld cleanup added in WFLY-9732 crashes deployments with optional (faulty) web components which it shouldn't. See WFLY issue for further information.
