[Fuse] (7.1.z) JBTM-3017 - Provide a check to see if the last recovery scan "cleaned" the store. so that Fuse can verify the outcome of an XAResourceModule recovery scan

    Description

      Fuse 7.1 on OpenShift triggers a transaction recovery scan and it needs to know whether all XAResources were available in order to make a decision about whether or not it is safe to reclaim the EAP data directory.
