[cd.x] Configure Security: Add links to subprocedures when creating client-ssl-context

In the "2.10.5. Using a client-ssl-context" section of How to Configure Server Security, the procedure to create a client-ssl-context mentions that you have to create various components, but does not provide a link that shows how to do it. I would be helpful to link to the instructions to perform those tasks.
