      CLI guide: technical preview: CLI match regular expression operator for "if command"

      In EAP 7.1, new match regular expression operator [1] for if-command of CLI was added. This feature doesn't have product RFE (EAP7 jira), so it is technical preview only.

      Add short description of this TP to chapter "3.10. Use if-else Control Flow" of CLI guide
